Catalunya Film Festivals processes the personal identification and contact data of the Interested Party in order to facilitate the management of the process of selling tickets, passes, subscriptions and accreditations and, in general, to provide the information or services that you request, including those personal financial or banking data that are necessary for the purpose of using the means of payment.

Catalunya Film Festivals informs you that, except by legal obligation or express consent on your part, we will not transfer your data to third parties.
For the purposes of this section, the purchase process of the ticket, subscription or any other online product or service, entails the express consent for the transfer of your data to the company or companies providing these goods or services, if this is necessary to the correct management of your purchase and to deal with any incident or claim that you want to send us.
No other provider will be able to treat your data differently from how we do it; You will not be able to transfer your data to third parties without your express consent or grant you less rights than those that we guarantee you.

Data retention period
The data processing will be carried out throughout the validity of the contractual relationship between the Interested Party and Catalunya Film Festivals, it being understood that the contractual relationship ends when, legally, we no longer have any obligation to you or you to us. We will also keep the necessary data if this is essential for the fulfillment of legal obligations. In no case will any treatment be carried out for a longer duration than is strictly necessary based on the purpose for which the data was collected.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the retention period may be maintained depending on the treatment carried out until the statute of limitations period for possible infractions or sanctions has elapsed in accordance with current legislation.

You can exercise at any time by email or certified letter with acknowledgment of receipt at the email or postal address indicated in the section corresponding to the Data Controller, the following rights:
Right of access: You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not, and how, the personal data that concerns you is being processed.
Right of rectification: You have the right to obtain the rectification of those personal data that concern you and are inaccurate.
Right of deletion: You have the right to obtain the deletion of your data, which Catalunya Film Festivals will be obliged to execute without undue delay.
Right to limitation: You have the right to limit the processing of your personal data which, consequently, may only be processed by Catalunya Film Festivals for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims. In particular, you can exercise this right to limit the purposes of the treatment provided that this does not imply a breach of legal obligations of public order, such as fiscal obligations and others by Catalunya Film Festivals.
Right to portability: The Interested Party shall have the right to request Catalunya Film Festivals to send the data they have provided to another person in charge.
In order to facilitate the exercise of your rights, it will be necessary for you to prove that you are the legitimate owner of the same by means of your DNI, Passport, or any other official supporting document. Complaint before the Control Authority: In any case, if you consider that we have not correctly attended to your requests, you are informed that you can file a claim with the corresponding Control Authority, in the case of Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
