Film festivals have long known that we should avoid using plastic bottles, reduce catalogue printing, stop using plastic credentials and look for alternatives to disposable materials. We are aware of this and most of us have been doing this for years. However, reaching a zero-carbon footprint is impossible. It is not, however, impossible to compensate for it and become carbon neutral.
In this session, we will learn how to establish the roadmap that will allow us to define our sustainability strategy; calculate our real carbon footprint; find out which aspects of our organisation are really the most polluting; discover how to reduce it or compensate for it; and learn how it is done and how much it costs to obtain the CLEAN CO2 event certificate.
