What comes before the budget or funding? What should my budget include to begin a funding and production process? What budget control methodology can I follow to minimise risks and deviations? How do I value my own resources within my budget? And the contributions in kind?
In this workshop session, in which participants will work with their own budget, we will try to answer all these questions and build model templates that will serve as a starting point for the budgetary management of our event. This workshop will help you to:
· Balance editorial ambitions with budgetary constraints
· Understand the importance of the budget for the proper management of the whole project
· Feel more secure in managing fluid and unexpected situations
· Maximise the effects of expense monitoring
